NB were really good. They know their way around Shopify and can offer advice on what can and cannot be done. They also take time to understand what you want and need and can offer solutions which provide it. As with adapting any off-the-shelf product, it can only be customised so much - but NB's abilities allow them to give you a brilliant site that gives you the functionality you need.
