We specialize in e-commerce website builds and brick-and-mortar Shopify setup for creative business owners. With design aesthetic and front-end customer functionality as our main focus, most of our clients are in the interior design or boutique space.

Knack Marketing contributed to every aspect of South Loop Loft's website build, from designing the custom e-commerce website and enhancing its functionality, to devising strategies for internal workflows and processes. The result is a stunning, user-friendly website tailored for both internal operations and external shopping. Integrates with AirTable and Klaviyo. 

Knack built a custom Shopify site with tabs that connects visitors with their interior design offerings, and their shop Kardinia Home. The visual appearance of the site remains forefront to represent the brand and the team’s stunning work. Custom project pages were created to showcase photography and products that were used from Kardinia Home to style the projects.

Gulfstream Candle needed a B2B/B2C joint website that not only looked great, but functioned well for their different customer groups.  Additionally, we connected their shop catalog with Facebook, Pinterest and Faire, to increase revenue and exposure. By utilizing our Shopify Partner experience, we built them a completely custom website – as well as best business practices and launch strategy.

Creating a custom Shopify site for Willa started with the creation of fun brand assets and packaging – that not only spoke to parents, but also appealed to kids. From there, the Knack team built upon the same theme to draft powerful messaging and create eye-catching graphics that would convert viewers to buyers.

Knack built a custom Shopify site with multi-location inventory that was moved over from Clover. Store staff can now easily view inventory in multiple locations that is linked to multiple points of sale: online, in-store, Facebook, Instagram and Google. Custom elements including a rewards program, registry, Flodesk email signup and gift wrap were also integrated.

After a frustrating year with their e-commerce provider, Backwater Provisions turned to Knack to create a cohesive shopping experience for their customers using the Shopify platform. Knack migrated existing products, designed a site that reflected their coastal vibe, and help the brand unlock new Shopify apps that keep shoppers returning to both their online and brick & mortar store.
