After payment the request I asked for such as FULL SET UP of connected apps account info and more was done with out any problems. It was done in a timely manner. 

There was a few things that did not go as requested or planned and took way longer then the initial time line. 
Be very specific in what you are asking for or you be running in circles on your project.
