BEC enlisted Axial to develop a Shopify website integrated with their LS Retail ERP/POS system from Business Central, designed to align with their brand image and provide a memorable customer experience. The ultimate goal (Phase 2) is to create an optimized omnichannel ecosystem that meets the company's needs while ensuring a seamless and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.

Migrating the website from Magento to Shopify provided autonomy, while also reducing costs related to platform management and maintenance. Furthermore, the integration of ActiveCampaign, an all-in-one tool, with Shopify allowed the client to replace their CRM, chat tool, and email marketing platform. A great way to centralize tools, cut costs, and streamline learning!

Axial redesigned the Pantoufles Garneau website with a modern design and optimized product presentation. We also synchronized inventory between Acomba and the company’s e-commerce platform, integrating it with ShipStation to streamline the shipping and returns process. Additionally, Axial developed a platform for retailers to standardize and centralize B2B orders.
