As a growing business, L’AMARUE is highly dependent on full-funnel marketing. The company relies on new customers as much as they rely on loyal ones to fuel their growth. But in the Spring of 2021 L’AMARUE experienced difficulty finding their next best customer, seeing a sharp decline in accurate customer targeting. As a result, advertising costs grew while sales declined 18% compared to the same period just one year before.
