Shipping

Shopify offers free shipping to the United States, Canada, and European Union, with the exception of Bulgaria. If you’re outside of these countries and are interested in getting a Counter, join our waitlist and you’ll be notified when it becomes available in your region.

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to additional duties and taxes. Additional duties and taxes are due on delivery and are your responsibility to pay.

Please allow up to 3 business days for processing and up to 7 business days for shipping.

Every effort is made to facilitate the delivery of your order on time. After your order is processed and fulfilled, you will receive an email containing the order tracking number. Once your order is fulfilled and placed in the hands of the shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee any delivery date indicated by the carrier.

Return Policy

The Shopify Counter is non-returnable or refundable after purchase but has a limited 2-year manufacturer warranty. Please contact shopifycounter@smiirl.com for any warranty inquiries.
