Terms and Conditions
This offer is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The referrer must be a Shopify Plus merchant with an account in good standing that receive the program offer directly from Shopify.
- The referrer must successfully refer a non-Shopify merchant who submits the referral form using the referrer's unique referral link and joins Shopify Plus by July 31, 2024. The referred merchant must complete at least one Shopify Plus billing cycle.
- The referred merchant must not already be in contact or previously in contact with the Shopify sales team prior to the referral.
- If multiple referrers refer the same merchant, only the first referrer will receive the payout if the referral is successful.
- If the referrer makes multiple successful referrals, they can receive the referral incentive multiple times.
- The referred merchant must use the unique referral link to book a call to speak with the Shopify Sales team. Referrers are not eligible for a referral credit if the referred merchant does not use the unique referral link.
Upon successful completion of all required actions by both the referring and referred merchants, a Shopify Plus subscription credit amount of 2500 USD for the referrer will be applied within six weeks.Shopify reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. All participants in the Shopify Plus Merchant-to-Merchant Referral Program agree to abide by these terms and conditions.The final decision to grant Shopify Plus referral commissions or credits is at Shopify’s sole discretion.
