Navigate to the advertising section of the Shop channel
Once you have the channel open, navigate to the “Advertising" section. If this is your first time setting up a campaign, you’ll see the option to “Create campaign,” which will open the campaign editor.
Choose your platforms
All campaigns run on the Shop app and Shop.app website, but you can also choose to extend campaigns on external platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google. You still only pay for conversions.
Enter your campaign parameters
From the campaign editor, you can name your campaign, set your parameters (i.e. daily budget, max customer acquisition cost, and return on ad spend). Once you publish it, the campaign will go live in the app approximately 24 hours later.
Please note, if you aren’t eligible for Shop Campaigns at this time, you won't be able to access the campaign setup page.
Track performance and iterate
A few hours after your campaign is live, you’ll begin to see performance data populate in the “Advertising” section of the Shop channel. Results are aggregated across campaigns and can be drilled into by clicking on the campaign name.
