About the role
The Revenue Operations team is looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to join our Launch Operations team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the revenue generation processes associated with new product launches and ongoing operations.
In this role you will:
Launch Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement improvements to launch strategies including collaboration with Partners & Partnership teams.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report on launch performance against forecasts, identifying trends and developing strategies to address variances. Implement metrics to evaluate launch success and ongoing revenue management.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, partnership and finance teams to ensure alignment on launch goals and seamless integration of operations.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements in launch operations. Implement best practices to increase efficiency and reduce friction in the revenue lifecycle.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with launch solutions & revenue projections and propose actionable solutions to mitigate those risks.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in revenue or sales operations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
