About the role

The Revenue Operations team is looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to join our Launch Operations team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the revenue generation processes associated with new product launches and ongoing operations.

In this role you will:

  • Launch Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement improvements to launch strategies including collaboration with Partners & Partnership teams.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on launch performance against forecasts, identifying trends and developing strategies to address variances. Implement metrics to evaluate launch success and ongoing revenue management.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, partnership and finance teams to ensure alignment on launch goals and seamless integration of operations.

  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements in launch operations. Implement best practices to increase efficiency and reduce friction in the revenue lifecycle.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with launch solutions & revenue projections and propose actionable solutions to mitigate those risks.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in revenue or sales operations

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
