About the role
We are hiring Craft Success Program Managers to design, develop, and deliver impactful learning & enablement content programs tailored to specific GTM crafts, including Acceleration Account Executives (AEs), Solution Engineers, and Partnerships teams. These roles are highly execution-focused and require close collaboration with Revenue Operations teams, L&D colleagues, and field practitioners to ensure our crafters succeed in their roles.
The ideal candidate thrives on building effective content and delivery models, excels in cross-functional collaboration, and brings a deep understanding of the crafts they will be supporting. They are passionate about driving role success through innovative learning experiences that are tied directly to business outcomes.
There are 3 Roles available, one each focused on the following:
Acceleration Account Executives focused on cross-selling and up-selling
Solution Engineers focused on driving the technical sale and acceleration of our solutions
Partnership Team of Partner Recruitment and Partner Development
Key Responsibilities
Align and Partner
Collaborate with Global and Regional Revenue Operations teams to understand rules of engagement, areas of focus, and prioritize initiatives based on scope, impact, and timing.
Build relationships with craft-specific stakeholders to ensure learning programs align with their unique workflows and needs.
Design, Develop, and Deliver
Partner with the L&D GTM team and field practitioners to design, develop, and validate impactful learning content.
Develop and implement delivery models that align with desired business outcomes and drive measurable impact.
Ensure content addresses both the knowledge and execution needs of the craft while incorporating policies, procedures, and tools used in daily work.
Onboarding Collaboration
Work with the Onboarding L&D team to map content to onboarding programs and ensure seamless integration for new hires.
Innovate and Manage Content Lifecycle
Continuously innovate L&D methodologies, leveraging AI and other technologies to enhance content development and delivery.
Maintain rigorous content lifecycle management to ensure all materials are up-to-date and relevant.
Drive Results
Focus on driving urgency in content delivery, gathering feedback, and measuring the impact of learning initiatives on business performance.
Regularly iterate and refine programs based on outcomes and feedback.
Requirements
Experience: Working with or supporting one or more GTM crafts (e.g., Cross-Selling AEs, Solution Engineers, Partnerships).
Passion for Learning: Strong interest in creating impactful learning experiences that drive role success.
Execution Focus: Thrives in roles with a heavy focus on execution, delivering results, and meeting deadlines.
Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to align and influence cross-functional teams, build strong relationships, and work effectively at all levels of an organization.
Self-Motivation: Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
SaaS Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS-based organizations and an understanding of their unique GTM motions.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a highly dynamic, sometimes vague, and always evolving organization.
Content Development Expertise: Experience designing, developing, and validating learning content, with an understanding of effective delivery models.
Preferred Skills
Proficiency with L&D tools and platforms (e.g., Seismic, LMS, content development software).
Experience leveraging AI or other advanced technologies in learning content development and delivery.
Strong analytical skills to measure and report on the impact of L&D initiatives.
Familiarity with modern instructional design methodologies and practices.
